During our enriching weekend we will spin 7 chakras, giving a better overall understanding of energetic patterns, natural tendencies and overall physical health. Chakras are the passageways between the inner and outer worlds. The chakra system gives a framework for our soul, meshing consciousness, movement and philosophy.
40 CEUs Remotely, in person or hybrid with Nectar & Nurture Yoga. 30 Contact hours + 10 Personal Exploration Hours = 40 CEUs. Available Virtually, in person, self paced or one on one offering. *Modules recorded.
